Any organizer with an active account on TBM Events can apply, including first-time organizers. Your event history on the platform helps shape your offer, but it's not required to qualify.
Funding ranges from ₦50,000 to ₦1,000,000 per event, depending on your organizer profile, the scale of the event, and your repayment history if you've used Party Pilot before.
Most applications receive a decision within 48 hours of submission. You'll get the outcome by email along with the exact offer details if approved.
Party Pilot charges a flat service fee based on the amount funded and your repayment window. There is no compounding interest or hidden charges. The fee is:
- 5.0% for windows of 1 to 14 days (e.g. 7 or 14 day options)
- 7.5% for windows of 15 to 21 days (e.g. 21 day option)
- 8.0% for windows of 22 to 30 days (e.g. 28 or 30 day options)
Repayment windows run up to a maximum of 30 days, timed around your event date and expected ticket revenue. You select your preferred repayment term (e.g. 7, 14, 21, 28, or a custom number of days) during the application, and the exact repayment date is confirmed in your offer.
No. Party Pilot does not require collateral or a guarantor. We assess your application using your organizer profile, event details, and ticketing plan on TBM Events.
If you anticipate a delay, contact us before your repayment date — we'd rather work out a plan with you. Repeated missed repayments without contact may affect your ability to access future funding and could result in additional fees.

Currently, applications are reviewed per event. If you're planning multiple events, submit a separate application for each one so we can assess the specifics correctly.
